HS Impact effect

This plugin breaks the glass of the monitor when you die by headshot.
there are 2 differents overlays for now.

Install istruction :
Extract fast download folder into your fast download and server file in your server, restart it and enjoy FOR CS:S YOU CAN USE CSGO VERSION WORK FINE

Cvar : sm_hsonly_enabled 1 (default) , if 1 when you die by headshot ONLY , if 0 ALL type of damages breaks the glass
hs_ovtime 2.0 Set Time Overlay

Command !hsimpact enable/disable effect for client with cookie system
