Have you installed the SoundManager2 quick fix to deal with the Mac OS update?

Got everything installed with no problems. However getting reports of players keyboards locking up during playback of songs.

Has anyone looked at the legalities of streaming music over the internet in this fashion, in the uk this would be deemed as commercial entertainment and would then require a licence to use any manufactured music that is covered by music rights.

Its pretty much illegal, but not enforced... Like uploading a song to youtube that you dont own...

I am still getting crashes after the second playback with soundmanager2. I even disabled error messages and the player itself from showing on the page. Could this perhaps be a bug with the way webkit handles flash.

The tool/plugin is legal, it's the music you put on your server that could be illegal. Technically though as long as the creator uses freely available music (public domain, or one of the copyleft licenses) he's in the clear.
