a. They know but they choose to ignore it.
b. They're ignorant and have absolutely no idea.

umm ok and i got an error when i dl all models fast it says Wrong Version and ERROR any1 can solve it?

Put the correct (non-corrupted) versions on the fast download.

also put the maps and sounds folder into the directory or only files? puts it cstrike/maps or cstrike/de_aztec for example? = D

Im having issues myself, i am using Wampserver all setup correctly but the problem is, when i go in to download my WAV files for alt end round sounds it takes same time as before like no difference, and i know its working because the maps i tested with cpl mill which takes about a minute or more downloaded it in a matter of seconds

or people are too far away from the server.
