    Hello everyone, Being my first mod i thought i'd do something relatively easy... boy was i hit in the head.

    Summary:
    The mod basically adds an additional healing bonus to the target of a Kritskrieg uber.

    "The Kritskrieg's Ubercharge releases unstable energy that not only effects your weapon but in it's initial burst releases an excess flow of healing that continuously heals the target until it abates."

    or at least that is what I want this mod to do....


    CVARS:

    • sm_krit_length "10" length of the additional heal affect.
    • sm_krit_heal "30" how much the additional heal affect heals for.

    Version history:

    Release 1.1:

    Fixed error in which having no one selected for the uber release caused console spam... (lovely);

    Release 1.2:

    Fixed Error in which medic dieing soon after uber launched causing server to crash. (that is i forgot to check for Medic being dead.)

    new String:classname[64];
    GetEdictClassname(weapon, classname, 63); //not 64

    can you explain more what this does? heal extra when they crits people?

    Thanks DarkEnergy, I'll get that changed.

    As for the explanation of what it does, the Expanded version is as such:

    I've gotten mixed reports of this working or not.... Could i have a couple volunteers test and make sure?

    This makes the server crash if a medic starts his kritz then immediately gets killed.
    Might want to add an IsPlayerAlive() check.

    Other than that, nice idea.

    Took me a bit to understand what you were saying in your post.... I should have an updated version posted this afternoon. heck i thought i covered that base.


    Okay its updated. That should work and if it doesn't that means the person died in less than a CPU cycle of when the IsPlayerAlive() check went.

    Remember to play around with the Healing bonus while the target is being overhealed.
