Adding "sm_cvar sv_disable_motd 0" to my gamemode_whatever_server.cfg seemed to do the trick for my servers when re-enabling the motd. The cvar itself is locked/hidden, it won't auto display if you try typing it in the console even with developer 1. If you type the command above in the console yourself when on your server and enter it, you will see the server recognize it and respond to the value change.

Hello folks,

The wrong Windows 'SwitchTeam' was added.

Use this one instead:

"SwitchTeam"
			{
				"library"	"server"
				"windows"	"\x55\x8B\xEC\x83\xEC\x10\x53\x56\x8B\x75\x08\x57\x8B\xF9\x85\xF6"

I'll quickly double check Linux's one as well.

Sm build 5998 seems to work fine with 1v1 arena.
