[TF2] Disabling secondary ammo damage and voice command spammer plugin

I'm looking for a plugin where I can voice command continuously without waiting and also looking for a plugin which can disable all secondary and melee damage, perhaps not melee. Thanks

If you allow the spamming of voice commands, you may also want to look into the plugin called "TidyChat." Otherwise your chat will be nothing but MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC MEDIC
