i need a free and "fast" mysql database for my mods

anyone know any free hosts that are fast and allow mysql access from the outside? not limited to mysql host only, if there is a host with something else such as webhosting thats fine

phpMyAdmin on freesql.org is always down i dont know why, that site is half working

This is true, but your server needs good uptime, you need a good internet connection, and you need to know what you're doing.
