Can someone make a plugin that plays a sound and says like "*playername* is connecting." and when they leave it plays a sound and says "*playername* has left."?

I'm not lazy, that's not what I want, that doesn't play a sound. I want a sound to be played to the people on the server too.

Perhaps the best thing to do would be to post a request in that plugin's thread to have sound supported.
