Ok, on your next post, at the bottom of the page, hit add attachment, and find the file say_hlstats_for_steam.sma which should be in Addons/amxmodx/scripting and hit add attachment and post a message

No, not in plugins.ini - in your plugins folder addons/amxmodx/plugins. It's in there

Ok, try putting this .amxx file in the same spot as the other one, and replace the .sma file that you put in your post with the one below.

why the f**k did ya told him to post the .amx file?? hes alreade confused.... amx file has no function at all if ya gonna change the file to amxx? :S

.amx has no function at all when he's running amxx in the first place...
