So, to check if I got this. You want a command that does:

Send the targeted player into "jail" or "hell".

In the jail htere's some disturbing pics, sounds etc. Ew.

If they leave, and IF they come back they are shown the motd? or just some rules twice. What?

So basically, an edited version of Jail Mod?

(me i think that why would somebody actually.... care for.. id take my sound down and just look around the jail) id find this room more interesting then playing the game

The point is to hurt an abusers feelings, not to punish him ingame. To hurt him in REAL, so he turns the computer off and rethink his life.

the second amx_hell issued on the same user should be longer. Yes, I mean an edited jail plugin.

Next time when he will join the server he will read rules 2 times before he will start playing. He will try to play fair, because he will not want to go to hell again.

I meant that he will try to obey rules and to do that he will read the rules more carefully.
