same problem here, the file sm_trigger.cfg , no exist
I can't see the trigger boxes either, therefore I can't move them and the "show/hide" option is permanently "hide"
when I use sm_strike, I can correctly see and move all the trigger boxes (of this plugin).

Apparently it works fine, I'll keep testing ...

You have to create a trigger, then the menu lists triggers to show.

I made a configuration to Left 4 Dead 2 (TMC1.4) that when standing in front of the all final refuge door and special cases of some maps final, invokes unlimited mob (horde of zombies) (spam of a command sm_zspawn mob) in all maps c1-c13 (including dark woods).
One more suggestion I would give you is that the saved configuration should be in different cfg files.

yes, I am using SM 1.11 because Mutant Tanks requires SourceMod 1.11.0.6511 or higher
