I get this error when I try some plugins -.-

That usually happens when you are using a plugin that's compiled on a version of SM that's newer than the one your server uses. (i.e. Using a plugin compiled on SM 1.11 while your server is running SM 1.10.)

You can either upgrade to the latest SM 1.11 build or compile the plugin yourself (usually the preferred option).

Alright, I will try to update to sourcemod DEV version and see if it fixes it.

I've never had my own NMRiH server so I can't answer that for you.
