Hello I cant find file where i can change text "server is full" example "Servers is full, buy vip to can join" and how I can change too you re kicked by Vip because he is having reserved slots? Help

Which reserved slot plugin are you using? SM reserved slot doesn't print this message (by default). If you have changed the message in the past and can't remember file path/name:
addons/sourcemod/translations/reservedslots.phrases.txt
