Is there a sourcemod plugin for specific map vote?

Hey, I've been searching around for a plugin to sourcemod that makes a vote in the end of each map to see if the players like the map or not, does anyone know if there is such plugin somewhere?

if understand him right, he means a map rating.
Something like "how you like this map?" 1-5 Stars and database/log-file to save the results.
