Hmm, are you sure the chat processor is still supported?

If this is a Linux box, run top for a while and see if the amount of ram usage increases over time before a crash. If it's a Windows box, watch the memory usage in task manager.

Coming back here because I thought I fixed the problem, but it is back.
Chat processor has got to still be supported, I mean, a ton of servers use it. Not sure if they could be using a fixed version, but I am pretty sure its still supported.
This is a Windows machine

Sounds like you have the same problem as I have. I have tried to pinpoint the exact plugin that caused it, but it kept crashing inconsistently.

Sounds like a networking issue

Well it's weird, because, the CPu and memory are fine. Also, sometimes, it appears that everyone crashes, not exactly the server. Sometimes the server crashes, but other times, players will lose connection. Like, everyone will at the same time.

Try to see if the whole box is unreachable or just the game server when the issue happens.

Well, when I go to the server panel that my provider has, it says the machine is indeed running, even though everybody gets disconnected and cannot connect. So I'd assume its just the game server.

Run a constant ping and if the pings are failing for the disconnects as well then you know to look at your network

i.e. in windows, where 8.8.8.8 is your server IP:

ping -t 8.8.8.8
