yo i have a question
i have a deticated sever
and none of the sounds work
and there is no sound folder
can u plz help me i dont understand....
how to get sounds working

If i just deleted the Prepare to Fight wav will it stop playing it and will the mod still work?

Nope.

You have to edit the .sma file, First, delete line 128 to 130.

Then scroll down all the way to the bottom of the .sma file.

Find this:

public plugin_precache()
{
.....

Delete this:

precache_sound("misc/prepare.wav")


Then you are done

Im using Amx Modx. Where do i put the .sma file? the Sounds in Sound. And type ultimate_sounds.amxx in plugins.

You put the .sma file in **Moddirectory**/addons/amxmodx/scripting


But you dont need to put it somewhere if you are not going to use the source code of the plugin

I have the same prob can ne one give me a lil info on how to get the sounds working someone said to put them in a sound folder but there isnt one in the dedicated server so noone can hear the sweet ass sounds help plz!!!

well, if it isnt a sound directory, create one! simple as that!

Delte line 128 - 130 wtf? I've deleted this
precache_sound("misc/prepare.wav") and removed the sound. What more to do?

ok i got the sounds working now but is there ne way to make it where wen it says "prepare to fight" only wen the new round starts my server says it wen someone connects to serv,wen they join a team, and then wen the round starts any help from ne one plz....
