Hi everyone!
It's possible to make a plugin that will force all players rates like this:
cl_cmdrate X
cl_updaterate Y
ex_interp 0.01
rate 25000
Where X and Y are cvars that you can modify in amxx.cfg or something like that, preferably both set to 101.
If this plugin already exists on this forum then sorry for topic, but I've searched it long enough and I really need that.

You don't need a plugin to force rates on a player. There exists server settings for this.

sv_minrate
sv_maxrate
sv_minupdaterate
sv_maxupdaterate


That is all you need.
