i have addet addons in my server and in resources in domain & sv_downloadurl in server.cfg + allowdownload "1" allowupload "1"
and others .... BUT, some files its downloading faster, some files its downloading to slow ...seems some files its not downloading from sv_downloadurl but , from server FTP..

Sounds like some files are not correctly uploaded to the Fast Download Space.

for me too, but i dont know what to do , cuz my game Server Host, gaved me only downloadurl link, and the files when i upload to Server FTP , they automaticly uploadet in downloadurl, and i cannot acces that space.

You need to verify that the files are there via a web browser and that they are not corrupted.

Use free host and upload files like sounds, models, sprites, gfx ...

set allowdownload to 0 and that will force every client to download the resources from the http server
this also fixes the cancel while connecting bug with dlurl

also check to have EVERY resource there
just copy your "cstrike" folder, remove "addons" and sever.cfg and upload it as is to the server

allowdownload = 0 to have fastdl ? I thought it's 1 for long time xD

No. sv_allowdownload does not enable or disable fast download. sv_allowdownload allows files to be downloaded directly from the sever if fast download fails. If it is set to 0, there will be no backup source for files when fast download fails. This means that when a file fails to download from the URL, the players will not be able to join the server because they can't get the files from the server.

If you are not 100% sure that your fast download has ALL of the required files, you should not set it to zero (0) unless you are willing to take the risk of people not being able to join the server (if they do not already have all of the required files).
