Hello guys, I am running CS 1.6 server

I need a plugin which block STEAM_0:4:****** to enter on my server.

According to Valve, 4 is not a valid value in that position so these people can't join your server anyways.

The only definitive way to prevent these types of people from joining your server is to type "quit" in the server console.

HELL NO. Replying instead of reporting is. STEAM_ID_PENDING is appended to banned.cfg on Half-life:Opposing Force stock. I do not know ANYTHING about non-steam. This is all about blocking connections that are never supposed to happen but do. 127.0.0.1 happens. Pending happens. This other one can happen on Steam servers I suspect. In case it does it is best to be prepared.

I've been playing CS 1.6 for many years and I tell you, it's clearly a server no steam, but I know you didn't mean to, let's keep helping others.

At first, it wasn't obvious(at least for me) that this is a no steam request. I assumed he wants to ban a specific steam id from joining, which is what amx_ban does. But, if fysiks is right and these steam ids can not exist, then it's likely a no steam server trying to block no steam clients which can emulate (fake) steam ids.
