[REQUEST] Auto Kick on some commands

Hey there , im looking for a plugin which automatically kicks players if they have a command set to a value , For example I need it for a server CS1.6 on Android because there are some mod apks which have cheats included for example lets say cmd to enable them is wh 1 or whatever , so if they have this command enabled server automatically kicks him
