Alright so what we need made is a Pug Plugin mod like ESEA, we want it to link up to a website we are going to have created which is also simuler to ESEA. I will list what will be needed below and please everything must be put together and professly made.

For commands

.stats [players name]
.dmg
.sum
.score
.group [name]
.add (this option is to add a player to a group, which each group is limited to 2 each)
.report (this command reports to the admin log and takes a screenshot of the player.)
-fame [name]
+fame [name]

Also we would like to have a point system for the users that site up for are website we will have created.

They will have to register on the site to join one of are servers, which also checks for there steam id (please note if they are not registered to are site they should not be able to join the server and a pop up should say "Please sign up at www.*****.com You must be a member to join."

Also if they are banned it will explain to them to log onto are site for more information on why the user has been banned.

and last for the point system it should be some what simuler to esea, if a user leaves during a pug they should lose a certin ammount of points and they cant join for 10 mins if they leave again they lose more points and they cant join for half and hour and so on

Requesting coders is a bad way,
mostly beginners will see the thread and wow, I can 'earn' (copy, paste, spamming friends) money.

Take ur time, and watch at approved plugins and everything.
Thats the best way to find a good scripter, that can help you.

And some tips:
- Searche if it already excist, instead of trowing ur money away.
- If its an easy / small project, I'm sure some poeple will do it for free.
