Server Spec's Here it has 7 GB RAM

I want to know the Best Rates for my Server.

Read one of the many guides that explain how to do this. The info hasn't changed. In fact, there is a sticky thread at the top of the HLDS subforum (this subforum) that is titled exactly for this.

sv_maxrate 80000
sv_minrate 25000
sv_maxupdaterate 101
sv_minupdaterate 30

this is for around 90mbps down and 90mpbs upload internet speed
