HI!
Whats happens with the idea about "priority reserved slots" based on daily login count or something else?

[172] fm_kicknonregged 0 forummod.amxx
[173] fm_regurl forummod.amxx
[174] fm_prepend forummod.amxx
[175] fm_append forummod.amxx
[176] fm_forceforumname 0 forummod.amxx
[177] fm_access bmj forummod.amxx
[178] fm_forumurl www.---.de forummod.amxx
[179] fm_timezone 0 forummod.amxx

Quote:
041217 0.3 If kicking unregistered player, don't force pubname.
"fm_forceforumname 0" still forced forum names on ppl.

It doesnt have to include all the nifty features you have with PMs because that seems to be where alot of the functions are specialized for php. It just needs the retreival of steamid and the ability to change names.

Thanks,
Im going to have our web guy look at this and see if its an easy change.
Yeah sure all I need to know is how each forum has its db tables organised and stuff like that.

Then modding the forum itself is probably a heftier task. Modding phpbb was nothing but a big Find-in-files operation to get stuff into the right places. But it works.

*edit* I just found out that Vbulletin and Invision both are pay-to-use fora. I don't feel like paying for them just to have a ten minute look at their db tables. :-P
If you have such a DB set up and know how you could supply me with this info this way: Call "SHOW CREATE TABLE tablewithusers" to the db holding that table. Then send me the results.

OK fixing the plugin for IPB was very easy and works great, although I didn't bother trying to support the PM part. Reason is I could only get ahold of a encrypted/precompiled PHP scripts to run my test forum. That's why I can't do forum modding instructions for IPB either.
Some more testing and then I will release this.
If you need to have this for your forum that isn't anyone of phpbb or IPB, you will have to supply me with the data structure of the forum's SQL data tables. Preferrably the whole thing, but most important is the users/members table, and maybe the tables holding PM messages.
