[TF2] SRCDS black screen at startup after update

Hello folks,

After the the new TF2 patch (the 8th of July), my SRCDS won't open anymore. Instead of the normal green window, I get a black window. srcds.exe is still running in my task manager after I close it. When I looked into my tf2_server directory a .mdmp crash file got generated. I've no idea what to do with this so it's in the attachments...
I run the latest stable SM and MM build in case it matters.

Does anyone have this problem too?

You are not alone. I too have the same problem. Updating/validating does not help.

Yep the same! how do the other servers just work fine? And when will we get a fix? xD

A lot of servers use -console which opens srcds in console mode instead of opening the GUI. This appears to be working.

It won't let me type anything in it either.

Thanks it worked but still hope they fix it so i can use the GUI

I cant get in the server but it says its on and working cant find it anywere

Out of curiosity, what is your server startup line (minus any sensitive information like server tokens or IP)?

-game tf -console -condebug +maxplayers 24 -high -preload -ip 208.xx.xxx.xxx -port 27021 -nobots +map cp_badlands

Token is in autoexec.cfg and no addons are running on the server at the moment.
