I wrote this reply not taking into consideration I am speaking for a Linux server. Honestly cant' speak for a Windows box at the moment.

CSSDM is not broken. As everyone should know that hosts a CSSDM server, when CS updates it overwrites your gameinfo.txt file. Always check this first. That's all the issue is today.

If you will see my previous post carefully, you will understand that 3 metamod plugins loaded successfully, only cssdm_mm FAILed.

I am not so noob in servers - I have updated gameinfo.txt as soon as server was updated!

I just updated my Windows server. It looks ok.

Use "meta info" or "meta force_unload" + "meta load" so I can see the error message.

Hmm, I just updated and fired up my Windows server and a 'meta list' show that the DM plugin is running. I havent joined the server yet to verify its working but at least metamod says its running:
