Command To Open Menu: !parachutes

Choice options:
-Remove(removes the parachute)
-Swamp Parachute
-Ceiling fan blade
-Helicopter Rescue
-Jet F-18

Works fine, good job
But there are two bugs

1. When a player jumps from a high altitude and during the flight removes the parachute and take it again, then when he lands he either dies (depending on the height from which he jumps) or incap.

2.When the player idle and then returned game and
when the map changed this message is spammed twice in a row.

If the parachute is on.
Parachute is: (name parachute)

If the parachute was turned on but the user decided to remove it.
Removed Parachute!
