Here it is.

http://www.mediafire.com/?hyv78rv0qz18iv2

For changing the hands:

1.Install JED's Half life model viewer http://www.gamefront.com/files/12621915/
2.Open a CS 1.6 model "cstrike/models"
3.At the bottom bar go to "Textures"
4.Select the 'v_hands.bmb' to show, and then press at RIGHT 'import texture', then select the hands you have on your PC.THE HANDS ARE CHANGED
5.To save the model with the hands you choosed at the TOP LEFT CORNER press 'FILE' and then 'SAVE MODEL AS..' and save it with the original weapon name. (EX: you use v_usp.mdl after changing the hands save it as "v_usp.mdl")
6.Replace it in your cstrike/models folder.

Hope this will help you.Good luck.
