I don't get what you mean though? A player could be AFK while they are dead or alive.

If you are in a deathmatch server for example and you don't "force respawn" you could sit on the server dead.

I can check if a player is dead, but I believe if they are "Observing" they are detected as dead anyway.

Why do I want to know if a player was respawned? If a player is respawned their eye angles and location would be in a different place anyway and the timers would reset. Also if you die and then come back alive it could be a new round in the case of a normal CS game, or a "repsawn" in the case of a deathmatch server?

Uploaded a new version which can be tried. It now has a new cvar to stop checking dead players that are hopefully not spectators.

we are having issues in Arena mode with ppl that die and are waiting for the next round they get moved to "spec" now sure why my timers are set to 120 and its doing it well before that

What version are you running?

What are your cvars? cvarlist sm_afk

What is Arena mode? TF2?

I've modified this plugin to change immunity of admin
Now you can choose if admin is not immune, immune about move to spec or immune about move to spec & kick

CreateConVar("sm_afk_admins_immune", "1", "Are Admins immune to the AFK Manager action? [0 = NO IMMUNE, 1 = ONLY FOR KICK, 2 = FOR KICK & MOVE]");

I've added french translation too
