Any I.T. or file recovery experts?


I don't know if I'm doing the right thing here in the post, but I'm looking for someone who knows about IT or data restoration. I went to uninstall Steam and lost the plugin and sp files in the L4D2 game folder, I didn't know that if you uninstall Steam the files in them go together. When the uninstallation was taking place, the message appeared stating that it is uninstalling the l4d_eft.sp file for example. I uninstalled steam through its uninstall.exe

I tried several ways to restore with recuva, Windows file recovery, etc., but none of them worked.

I see absolutely nothing wrong about asking, or posting the question at all.

However, even though the recovery is about SourceMod related files, the actual recovery process is not at all relevant to SourceMod.

The more you try, and the more you continue to use the physical drive, which you're looking to recover data from, the more you're reducing the chance for a potential of successful data recovery.

That said, I have previously seen very positive outcomes with GetDataBack by Runtime Software.

I was like you, like an idiot i forgot to save them to my external disk so I lost all of them
Now, i'm saying them every moment i'm doing an update of plugins.
I got back all of my plugins without sma lucky by the hoster that's better to lose everything :d

Be sure to saving everything before doing something.

P:S I've tried all recover software no one of them worked, the best idea it's buying a recover software which the mod gave u!

I had an SSD in an external adapter to save the left 4 dead 2 plugins, but it was corrupted by PC driver errors, meaning I lost 50$ for nothing
