This is ad fill, it depends on the ad campaigns running in certain countries. You won't get an ad all the time, and if you're in a very low ad fill country - hardly ever.

We're doing our best to work with advertisers directly to resolve this issue - it is ongoing. The majority of our server owners run our ads hassle-free, when communicating to players that the ads are required to keep the community online. However, that being said there should be a mute button on certain types ads - where it is viable.

Where appropriate and possible, a proportion of our ads have the volume reduced by us (by default). Unfortunately we get one or two campaigns which are loud, that we cannot alter (due to the type of media format they are in). These should be temporary and will not be permanent - and only specific to certain countries.

This plugin is beginning to become a joke. I'm not sure if they're just handing out smaller and smaller payments or if something else is happening but lately. Past few months I haven't hit above $2.70/1000 views. I've hit $10.56/1000 views before and while I understand something like that won't happen all the time this has nearly become useless to run.

What is the problem in setting a correct volume for the ads? No one is helped if the players hates your ads because they f*** up their ears.

Just went in again with a smurf (without immunity) and it was so damn loud. If all players have set "cl_disablehtmlmotd 1" because of this nobody of us will get money for ads...

Probably that + spamming users with ads - VPP's plugin and this one have options for showing ads to users after they have been playing for x time / after x deaths / half time / round end etc.
