I'd like to ask, whether you experienced a similiar problem and maybe found a solution...
I have a tf2 server and everything is working fine, except the voice command "Spy!".
At first, I thought that Valve had disabled it in the big update, but when I visit other servers, the command's working just fine.

The problem is that when you aim at someone and select the voice command "Spy!", it should play the sound "that <class> is a spy!", but it plays "spy is around here!" instead.

My server is up to date and restarts every day (server hosting). Running sourcemod 1.5 and mm:s 1.9.3.
Any ideas why is this happening?

After some investigation, I found the cause of the problem. I had to test all of the plugins I was using. For some strange reason, it was Spawn Protection: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=69290.

I am also experiencing this issue, but it is intermittent; a respawn usually fixes it. I do not have Spawn Protection installed.

Looking at the Spawn Protection code, I can see no way that it is related? There must be something else. :\

Well, for me it was this spawn-protection plugin. If you have any plugin that adds the glowing effect, it is probably the problem.

If I remember correctly, any plugin that uses colorize will prevent the spy vocalization from working properly (when targeting colored players).

True, but there's a plugin to fix that.
