There is already an AMXX feature where you can disable plugins per-maps or per-map-prefixes.

2. Don't include "no drop" in your plugin.
You used a terrible method and the best method already exists.

3. You don't need to remove the buyzones.
There is already a plugin for that.

4. My weapon chance already does this with more customization.
