Downtime

The sourcemod.net server may experience intermittent but short downtime over the next few days.

The server room was flooded when a pipe burst (it was below freezing with 2 feet of snow outside). So I'll be moving equipment back and forth which will cause some downtime.

Also, there will be a status update on SourceMod tomorrow.

Your as bad as Valve and Vac. Maybe in your free time you could help them out. J/K Thanks for all the work you guys do. One question. Will upcomming valve updates effect Source_Mod? We have seen the updates effect so many other things. I was Jus wondering. Thanks again.

Yes, in fact the last Source update was sort of helpful - it gave us a bunch of non-hacked player information functions

SourceMod is a complicated framework (and a lot for any one developer to take in). It's better to spend the time making something good, well documented, and well coded rather than rushing it. And no matter what the pressure from the community, I stand by this; I'm not about to pump out crap and spend the rest of my HL2 days supporting my mistakes.

The updates tomorrow will be about the progress, what's left to do, etc.
