I'm going to say this once, what you want is very very hard to make and requires at least some form of payment.

If I'm understanding what you're saying, it's a boss which you have to duel with him. Well I remember some turkish forums where there was tons of bosses to fight with, and on top, it had source files. I've went through them but honestly they are complicated af. As Visinescu said, a sort of payment must be done in order to someone do this.
