If you want to learn to write plugins for AMX Mod X, you should first learn to search. Search for basic tutorials and look at existing plugins. A good place to start is in the
Tutorials section where there is a
good summary of what topics are covered where the first section gives you links to
some good beginner tutorials.
Another place that you should look for basic questions is the include files. In them you'll find a function called is_user_admin().
So, first read the tutorials and look in exiting plugins, write your own code, and most importantly, test your own code. If you have issues that that point, you can post a new thread in Scripting Help where you must include the code that you wrote so that we can help you fix it.
