For some reason, this plugin doesnt work on my dedicated server. Whats funny is that this works just fine on my locally hosted server, and even in my previos dedicated server in which i downloaded straight from the steam tools section, but crashes mines and all other players GAMES in my previous "hlds" dedicated server(the 1 where a windows command prompt opens up when u start the server). This is extremely awkward. Can someone please tell me what may be wrong? Like i said, when the map is about to change, my game crashes(and so does every1 else's in the server), and this only occurs when im using my hlds server. I have no idea whats wrong and this is completely new to me as this plugin still continues to work just fine in my srds server and locally hosted server. Can some1 please help me?

Plugin crash , crash, crash the server, everytime in Dead Air finale, when it's time to show the next map AD.
Crashy crash crashhhhh.
Tried & Testing 10 times, compiled iwth both SM 1.3.8 and Sm 1.4. Same thing over n over!

Use FMC. On last page I uploaded a l4d2 version that is fully tested and working fine. This plugin is broken now and crashes on Dead Air. You must use FMC now if you want to play Dead Air in your Rotation.

Havent had any problems with this plugin. Works like a charm! Played Dead Air many times and changes t the end with no problems Thanks for the plugin!

Doubled checked my *.sp and have it set for the proper ammount of campaigns and added the names of campaigns to the list. The list is in the proper order. The Voting menu does not add the additions. Why is this? How do I get them added to the voting menu.


***EDIT: That was easy, should've tried this before saying anything.. recompiled the .sp that worked.

Hi, is this plugin dead? I love it, but i'm getting crashes on c13m4_cutthroatcreek like other people here. No reply from the author for a long time now.

I like the voting system. does anyone know how i can have something like that with FMC? maybe another plugin to handle campaign voting on finales?

Thank you for the tip!!! i was having the same problem and disabling the announcer fixed it. I also set it to 18000 secs just to be sure.

EDIT:
Everything is working fine as far as i can tell, the only thing that doesnt work for me is the vote menu set to "3".
i have it set to appear 2 mins after survivors leave the safe house but it doesnt show up. It showed up fine when i was testing it all alone in the server but with other ppl in it nothing.

Hi, I fixed the loop issue in this plugin. I hope the original author doesn't mind me posting this here.

Whats changed in this version:
- Changed version from v1.2.2 to v1.2.2-1e
- Changed when the voting menu is displayed. Now the timer starts after the round start event happens.
- Changed cvar acs_voting_ad_delay_time to reflect the above change. (delete old .cfg or just change the time with that in mind.)
- Added a new "if" condition to the advertising code to check if we are in the last map of the array, separeted from the original "for" loop. (my guess is, it wasn't working because arrays don't allow negative values?)
- Added extra text when the advertisement displays to let players know to type !mapvote to vote.

I've tested it in c5m5_bridge and c13m4_cutthroatcreek to be sure but the problem wasn't those maps. It would have crashed at whatever map was at the end of the array. Everything is working fine for me.
