If you immediately start the server (the first boss mod), then the first card will be Alien.
Further, after its end, this list of cards appears from duplication

If you start the Server with the first Warcraft mod, and then select the Boss mod, then it will be the same as in the screenshot, without an Alien map and with duplication

I still don't see how this is possible with the code that you provided. I can only presume you're actually running some other plugin that is doing this. Try using the default plugin that comes with AMX Mod X and see if it still happens.
