[Solved] command muter (very simple plugin)

hi guys

i want this plugin :

when player type speed in console .. before any action immediately player muted (without sm_.. just type mute)

3 things:
1-have admin flag or don't work on admins
2-Hide mute message from console and chat (possible?)
3-(warning) typed in chat just for admins...for example: player (name of player) used command speed
