admins_simple remotely

Hi, I'm wondering if theres a way to have the server read admins_simple.ini remotely, or a plugin that does something similar like it, (Not sourcebans).

I wish to make it so people can purchase VIP on my community and get VIP access on all of my servers by me just putting their steamid into a file that i have on my website, for example zhell.nu/vip/admins_simple.ini

Everything you want is here: SQL Admins (SourceMod).

LOL im so dumb.. But is there a way to import everything from admins_simple to the database? i have alot of people in my admins_simple (~200 ppl) so annoying if i have to do it manually

...maybe need create plugin for this.
One way is read admin dump list, it comes when use server cmd
sm_dump_admcache
It appear ...sourcemod/data/folder.

I not have time to look this now.
