Can anyone make a plug when you set the day and night following thetime command and the hour of this?¿
like..

when are two o' clock
Good afternoon in freewelcome

when are seven o' clock
Good nights

if it's possible...
too can make a plugin who the client says
thewether
and display a message on hudmessage in the center who have a message defined by a cvar?
like

a player says theclima
if cvar
amx_clima is "the clima now is sunny"
and can change every moment?

I think you don't understand me...

I only want this..

When thetime is morning like 12 a.m
In the freewelcome appears like
"Good Morning !"

When thetime is afternoon like 1' o clock
In the freewelcome appears
"Good Afternoon !"

And when is night, 7' o clock
"Good Nights"

I don't need effects of clima too, i need when a player says theweather says a message defined on a cvar like amx_clima "Message"..

That plugin is not for me
