Can anybody make a plug with a command amx_playersmenu, the menu have the name of each player, if i press the number of some player, the server force quit on player. if is possible, with new menu system better

You should try AMX_Super.
It's a big admin plugin with so many commands in it.
Then, you should get the AMX_SuperMenu that puts every command in the menu.
One of the commands in AMX_Super is amx_quit.

Nope, what he wants is for the menu to force QUIT the client. Meaning, make him quit CS and shut it down.

adding to clcmds.ini:

"Force Quit" "quit" "c" "u"

should work i think.
