Nuclear Dawn King of the Hill Gamemode Plugin
Description
Teams fight over control of the Primary Resource Point in timed round matches. The team who controls Prime for the longest amount of time will win the round.
Gameplay Changes
Secondary and Tertiary Resource Points are not capturable
Bots will automatically ignore non-capturable Resource Points
Commander restrictions are in effect near Prime Resource Point
Commander abilities near Prime are (gracefully) blocked
Artillery shelling near Prime is (gracefully) blocked
Building structures near Prime is (gracefully) blocked
Building structures on the enemy side of the map is (gracefully) blocked
Seiging game changes
Starting structures (bunker, assembler, 1 MG turret, and spawns) are immune from damage
New structures are slightly more resistant to seige weaponry (-14% damage)
Economy changes
A bonus (5,000) is awarded to the team who takes Prime and they are now defending Prime
If a team is defending Prime then a bonus is given to the opposite team for any kills (500/kill)
Trickle resource income is increased from 1,200/minute to 3,600/minute
Balance changes
The team defending Prime will have less nades than normal
Installation- Install the [ND] Build Structure Intercept plugin (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2796149)
- Ensure the build-structure.games.txt file is in the addons/sourcemod/gamedata/ directory
- Copy the nd_king_of_the_hill.smx file to the addons/sourcemod/plugins/ directory
- Copy the commander-abilities.games.txt file to the addons/sourcemod/gamedata/ directory
- Copy the resource-points.games.txt file to the addons/sourcemod/gamedata/ directory
- Copy the terminate-round.games.txt file to the addons/sourcemod/gamedata/ directory
- (Optional) Add mp_roundtime 15 to the cfg/server.cfg file
- (Optional) Add mp_maxrounds 4 to the cfg/server.cfg file
