Is the weapon save for 5+ survivors fixed? Somehow its broken after the last stand update. Hopefully its fixed now.

Edit: Its still not fixed from the last stand update, it still doesn't save the weapons. It doesn't always occur on every change level though but it really happens several times.

o i think i have the same issue as well but was also in the old version before Last Stand updates, its usually when you fail a chapter and have to restart, then it mixes up the extra survivors above 4's inventory

in L4D1 maps as well failing a chapter glitchs stuff out, it also makes the disguised L4D2 survivors get switched back into duplicates of the L4D1 survivors (thats kinda a bug with the L4D1 maps tho, where the 2 survivors cant spawn into them, so most plugins for extra players just duplicates the 1 survivors and puts a 2 survivors skins over them, which is why the voices are still off and names of bots)

unless im missing something new? and something else is wrong now which very well could be *(-_-)

In my opinion, these are different versions of plugins!
This plugin works perfectly. Bug only with the saw after reviving, but this is treated if you cut the function of issuing weapons after reviving (since the game itself copes with this well)

With this plugin enabled, I lose all my weapons when i reconnect to a server.

1. Disconnect
2. Reconnect
3. Lost all weapons and items, only get a pistol...

for this to happen, okay.
what is wrong is if they restart the round and you lose your inventory.

Aside from this not always saving players items if there are 5+ survivors, is there a version of this that saves weapons for players who are AFK/Spectators between map changes?

I'm currently using Jonny's keep.item.fix for that issue but it's been broken since TLS update. Worst part is that the plugin hasn't been supported since 2013 and no source of it can be found.

This does not save on afk...all events related to afk(player_team, player_afk, bot_player_replace) fire too quickly in order to GetPlayerWeaponSlot in time to save it...if you printtochat or printtoserver you will see this is the case. In order to properly get this to save when players go idle you'll need to save more aggressively. weaponcanusepost sdkhook is a good place to start, i use a similar method in one of my plugins. When doing things like this, always print out results to make sure its working as intended. Good Luck.

A delay of 3 seconds is sufficient for issuing and saving via player_team.

But if you want you can post your own save option as an alternative
