Oh right, I was talking about sv_maxspeed, would it make any difference making the cap bigger or will have no effect and have to do something else?
If I want to increase the jumping speed and decrease the slow down after jumping on blocks.

sv_maxspeed is the maximum speed players are allowed to gain. This doesn't change their actual speed.
