Since the Jungle Inferno update Spies no longer spawn on my server, even when random difficulty is set for 'Hard' or 'Expert'. I can manually add Spies into the game, but they won't natively spawn. Any ideas on how to correct this?
I have the following set in my server.cfg to prevent the Bot Suicide bug (which still occurred for me after the Valve patch):
tf_bot_reevaluate_class_in_spawnroom 0
tf_bot_keep_class_after_death 1
