I don't know how to explain this but the plugin works like this. You have all the normal mm ranks and start with silver 1 on the scoreboard and to get silver 2 as your scoreboard rank you need to play for example: 60 min and then after those 60 minutes you become silver 2 and now you have to play for another 60 min to get silver 3 and so on..
