Is it possible to make advertising display that is allways shown in custom map and located in front of each player, for example de_dust2 map.

On the dJeyL forums they have something called "Sprite importer" for amx.

Check that out, and see if you can port it.

There's already one for AMXX, as pulply said simply search for Sprite Importer.
