arkshine: Sorry to pop in like this; I know it's kind of rude. I think what he is saying is that he would like players to be able to sprint with any weapon out, and their sprint speed would be the the same speed as having their knife out. Also, they wouldn't be able to shoot while sprinting.

arkan i tested that and it worked perfect, but could you add a cvar to sprint lenght, like if cvar =15 , you could use sprint for 15 sec and then in 30sec(also by cvar)you can sprint again..
also you could add some hud message like, sprinting, to tired to sprint, you can sprint now

sorry for double post. i like this idea that you can sprint only for certain time and can sprint again after some time too.

its impossible in #1 as you said so we need to stay at #9 i will write my request again.
1. when you hold bounded key you run like you are with knife (same speed exception is mashine gun no chance to sprint with it).
2. you can not shoot while holding bounded sprint key only then you realease it
3.also you can sprint only for 15 sec and you have to wait 10 sec until you can sprint again (i also thinked about possible bug if you run for 14 sec and release it you can only sprint for more one second not for new 15 i guess you understand)
4. sprinting time ant time to replenish is controled by cvars
5. people can choose what key to bind for sprinting
6. sprinting with gun is not ralated to running with knife (for example if you sprint with gun for 15 sec you can continue fast walking by switching to knife)
7. after sprinting more then 6sec breathing sound will come. you will hear it and people in certain radius will also hear it.
I guess i mention all things. Maybe after testing i will notice new things. If anybody has suggestion please say your ideas

Most weapons are the same speed as knife or near. It's not interesting to sprint with such speed. I think you want to define a custom speed for all weapons ? Or a ratio considering the original speed. I would prefer the ratio. What do you think ?

well i a m noob in scripting i dont know anything. well i know that with knife you run faster but if you say that with some weapons difference is very small so we can make sprint speed a bit faster than running with knife speed.

But you want the same speed for all weapons, or using a ratio based on the original speed. I mean, let's say ratio of 2 ; each weapons will be its speed multiplied by 2. Knife : 250*2 ; ak47 : 221*2 etc.. Or you prefer to have a specific speed ( ie 400 ) for all weapons ?
