you mean being on the final SM 1.4.7 release, if it gets updated?

SM 1.5 and 1.6 latest snapshot builds will work. It seems like SM 1.4 is not in the auto update process according to the Waterfall page.

hmm...maybe its time for the creators, to bring out the final release of 1.5.0 with the new added updates
As I'm not really a fan of using snapshots. I much prefer one final release to use.

I run a linux server and i'm unable to install sourcemod and metamod since the steam update.

I eard that we must change the location of the "addons" and the "cfg" to left4dead2 instead of left4dead2/left4dead2 but it seems that it don't work.

I try 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 versions and try the both locations (left4dead2/addons and left4dead2/left4dead2/addons) but sourcemod don't work.

(excuse my english, i'm french)

If you had read through the previous page, you would have seen that Linux is still in development. ONLY WINDOWS update has been release for now. Patience my friend, we will get it in good time. Watch some TV till then

1.4.7 has been out for months. I don't know at this point whether or not there will be a 1.4.8 release, but snapshots are still being updated for the time being.
