Is something in SM or MM that is causing all these crashes? I mean all plugins shouldn't have to be rewritten.

Its Sourcemod. And only specific parts of it. For the unlikely case the devs dont know about this already ive filed a bugreport.

Take the Stripper Plugin as a counter-example, its not affected at all and works great still.

Just found that Item buy system crashes it when you shoot the two gas cans sitting by the dumpster at the end of the first alley. I tried it on two different servers with same results.

Can you link us to the bug report? Or at least mention this thread in it? Hopefully all these plugins have a connection that can help the problem be solved faster.

Actually now that I think about it, its most likely based on time. First time i tested the server crashed as I was shooting a hunter and it was about to pounce.

Second time the server crashed after the hunter had missed his pounce and was being shot at continuously.

I removed the plugin and my server works fine.

I've linked to this and the other crash thread in the bug report. But i also think the Sourcemod devs already know about the problem.

PS: i discovered that no 3rd party cvars appear in the L4D querry anymore (eg. SM, Metamod....), means server appears like a vanilla one even if they´re actually filled with plugins!

EDIT: can´t confirm crash with superlogs-L4D so far

too late to ban creats random disconnects

yeah i have to late to ban to

and i get a disconection error

on spawn or 2 minutes after

i though my server was just crashing

but it kick everybody out and the server restarts ?
